Spot the Diagnosis

A 4 year old boy came with complaints of dry cough since 15 days and had received antibiotics, nebulization with bronchodilators, inhaled and systemic steroids for the same with no improvement in symptoms. There was no history of fever, nebulization in the past. On examination child had bilateral rhonchi and on enquiry mother gave history of occasional whistling sounds during sleep.

Chest x-ray on admission is shown.

What is your diagnosis?

Child underwent flexible bronchoscopy and this was the finding.

Child confessed that he tried to consume an aluminium foil ball like a medicine 15 days ago, after the procedure.
